Key Facts For Entertainers
Entertainment venues include several stages, as well as roaming performers.
- All groups must have at least five (5) members in their act.
- All acts must be 20-50 minutes in length.
- Entertainers may be asked to perform twice at the event, based on mutually agreed upon schedules.
- All groups must apply on-line to be considered for The Festival.
- All groups must agree to be photographed or video-taped at the event and agree that their material may be used for festival promotional purposes only.
- All groups will be notified via email no later than March 4 regarding their acceptance at The Festival.
- Please email photos of your group to BethCraig4@att.net in addition to completing the application.
INFORMATION PACKET - Mailed after March 15, 2013
Information Packet will contain stage or performance location, set-up instructions, maps, wristbands and parking passes (if applicable).
