Food, beverage & game coupons: 9 coupons for $10.00 and are sold in conveniently located Coupon Booths located through-out the festival. (Sorry, but these coupons cannot be purchased in advanced.) A variety of family-friendly food and beverages are available and range in price from $1.00 to $8.00. Many festival activities are free; however, some activities and rides cost between $1.00 and $5.00.
ALL DAY FUN PASS
ALL DAY FUN PASS wristbands give unlimited visits to rides and inflatables - only $30.00 (does not include festival admission, petting zoo visits or pony rides). Purchase at any Coupon Booth.
NOTE: Some games and rides have height and weight restrictions
MARKET PURCHASES
There are a number of Market Vendors throughout the festival selling fun, quality merchandise. Festival coupons are NOT accepted for market purchases. Each market vendor determines what form of payment they will accept.

Location
The HOUSTON CHILDREN'S FESTIVAL, presented by Baker Hughes and benefiting Child Advocates, Inc., is located in the heart of downtown Houston in the area surrounding City Hall, the downtown library, Sam Houston Park and Tranquility Park, so getting to the fun is a piece of cake. So is the parking. C'mon & join the FUN!

Driving Directions
FROM I-45 NORTH
Exit Dallas, turn left on W. Dallas, which curves to the north and becomes Bagby Street. Turn Right onto Dallas. Turn left onto Louisiana, then turn left onto Capitol. Turn left onto Bagby, then left onto Rusk. Enter Theatre District parking off of Rusk.
FROM I-45 SOUTH
Exit at Houston/Memorial Avenue (Exit 47-B). Right on Memorial/Rusk to Theatre District Parking.
FROM I-10 WEST
Exit Downtown Destinations/Smith Street (769 A). Right on Capitol, left on Bagby, left on Rusk to Theatre District Parking.
FROM I-10 EAST
Exit San Jacinto, which turns into Fannin. Turn right onto Capitol, left onto Bagby, left onto Rusk to Theatre District Parking
RAMP CLOSURE: The McKinney Street southbound exit ramp off I-45 will be closed 7:00 pm, Friday, March 30 and will be re-opened 5:00 am on Monday, April 2..

There is plenty of easy parking near the festival. And you have the choice of street level, surface lots, parking garages or underground parking. Below are several of the parking options near the festival: Please note that the festival has no control over parking fees in either public or private parking lots.

Festival Rules
To ensure a safe, enjoyable event, the following items should be left at home:
Beverages, food, alcoholic beverages, ice chests/coolers, bikes, in-line skates, grills, weapons, fireworks, umbrellas and laser pointers. Sorry, the Mayor’s Office of Special Events regulations prohibits pets (including dogs, amphibians, reptiles and snakes) from attending. Seeing eye and assistance dogs are allowed. Food for infants and special dietary concerns are allowed.
