What are the Festival hours?

What do I get with Festival Entry?
A Festival Entry gets you day-entry into the festival area, which is open from 10:30am to 6:30pm on both days There are free performances and on-site activities to enjoy, plus the craft options. There is a small fee for some games and rides, ranging in price from 1 - 6 coupons. Several beverages booths and food trucks have their own fees as well.
How much is a Festival Entry?
On-site Ticket Pricing – purchase at any admission ticket booth on site:
$12.00 – General Admission
$6.00 – Ticket price with one McDonald’s Receipt ($6.00 off – half off)
$6.00 – Children 12 and under
Free – Children 6 and under
$30.00 – Family Four Pack – 2 Adult and 2 Children 12 and under tickets ($6.00 savings)
Pre-Event Ticket Pricing – Purchase On-line
$10.00 – General Admission
$5.00 – Children 12 and under
$25.00 – Family Four Pack – Two Adult and Two Children 12 and under tickets ($5.00 savings)
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash at the Admission Booths and Coupon Booths.
Can I leave The Festival and re-enter without paying?
There is no re-entry into The Festival.
Do you issue rain checks?
No rain checks are given. We are open rain or shine, and all acts will be performed as scheduled unless conditions threaten the safety of the participants and festival guests.
Can we bring in food & drinks?
How about for our infant child? As this event is a fund-raiser for Child Advocates, outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the Festival gates. However, special food for infants and toddlers is allowed.
Can we bring strollers, wagons and/or wheelchairs?
Yes! All areas of the Festival are accessible for strollers, wagons and wheelchairs.
Can we bring pets?
Sorry, we love your furry friends, but the McDonald’s Houston Children’s Festival site is an active place. For everyone’s safety and comfort (including Fido), no dogs (including amphibians, reptiles and snakes) are allowed in the Festival grounds, except for certified assistance dogs.
Any rules we should know about?
To ensure a safe, enjoyable event, the following items should be left at home: beverages, food, alcoholic beverages, ice chests/coolers, bikes, in-line skates, skateboards, hoverboards, grills, weapons, fireworks, umbrellas and laser pointers. Food for infants and special dietary concerns are excluded.
Is there public transportation to the festival?
